Jurisdiction of ARA-IV

Notification

In workout of the strength conferred utilizing Sub-Section (1) of Section 5 of the registration Act, 1908 (16 of 1908), the Governor is thrilled hereby to direct that the jurisdiction of the newly mounted office of the Addl. Register of Assurance-IV, Kolkata shall have its jurisdiction over the areas below all the police stations of the districts of (1) Murshidabad (2) Nadia and (3) North 24 Pgs. and

The jurisdiction of the Office of the Additional Register of Assurance -II, Kolkata in the district of Kolkata shall be deemed to have been amended for this reason and restrained over the police stations of (1) Amherst Street (2) Bowbazar (3) Burrabazar (4) Burtola (5) Girish Park (6) Hare Street (7) Hastings (8) Jorasanko (9) Jorabagan (10) Maidan (11) Muchipara (12) New Market (13) North Port (14) Park Street (15) Posta (16) Shakespeare Sarani (17) Shyampukur (18) Taltola solely in that district.

This order will come into pressure with effect from the date from which the officer of the ARA-IV, Kolkata starts functioning.
